REGIONAL MUSEUM & FARM TOURISM

The workshops

Nowadays children have no idea how The butter is made and are close to believe, that milk comes from violet cow. In our museum we show natural processes of producing those basic products. We will lead you to the secrets of making traditional meals. Together with participants we make a bonfire, roast potatoes, we mash up the cream to make a butter, add fresh cottage cheese… and then we enjoy delicious, self-made and healthy meals. It gives us possibility to see how real rarities are produced in a very simple way.

An interesting experience is also taking part in workshops of plaiting baskets out of sprouce roots. Folk artists present secrets of traditional smithery as well as spinning and shrinking the wool. We also present beskidian cross-stitch embroidery, which could be original embellishment of bags, bracelets or bookmarks.

During the workshops we listen to the stories about former life of children and young people in Tipple Village. We also teach local games, regional dances and songs.

We provide all the materials and products necessary during our workshops. The prices shall be agreed separately with each group.
